We finished and submitted the Chairman’s video last week, but we’ve slowly come up with small issues that the video has such as incorrect audio mixing (because we hadn’t listen to it through a speaker until right before we submitted it) and, heh, spelling and grammar errors I made.
Overall, the audio error, and the text errors are only three issues. On the version we hand to the judges on a flash drive, could we fix these errors?
You can certainly change your Chairman’s video for the version you give judges. Sadly Youtube doesn’t let you change a video once it’s posted.

You don’t have to have it done until the competition you present it at.
