67, 16, 348 seems like to good of an alliance to come out of this division.
/edit: thanks John! its fixed
Tim, on Newton you have the #6 alliance losing twice. I’m sure its just a typo.
Assuming the same bracket as the last two years, Archimedes faces Curie and Galileo faces Newton in the Semi-finals.
Curie: 67 - 16 - 348
Newton: 968 - 233 - 60
Galileo: 1114 - 217 - 148
Archimedes: 1124 - 1024 - 177
Semi Finals
1124 - 1024 - 177 def 67 - 16 - 348
968 - 233 - 60 def 1114 - 217 - 148 (yes i picked Simbots to lose this year… one of only few people that would do so but i just don’t see there alliance as World Champions)
World Championship Match
1124 - 1024 - 177 def. 968 - 233 - 60
177 becomes the 2nd team over to win 2 FRC Championships and the 2nd team ever to go back to back. (yes i dare to call this out)
/edit: sorry i begin typing this a different way and it screwed me up… fixed

I really think Galileo (1114-217-148) will still win the Championships on Einstein despite the lack of a 3rd hurdler
Einstein going to be exciting!

And Simbots make it to Einstein for the first time.
i think that this might go with a big upset in the finals. in favor of the #6 alliance. personally i believe by the time it gets to the finals it will all go to simbots head that they are the best and crumble under the pressure that the #6 alliance might put on them.
also in the quarterfinal 1-1 they got a score of 110 and the #6 alliance won with a score of 116 not that that really means anything but it could be just the thing to upset the matches.
my opinions my be leaning more to alliance #6 a little bit due to the fact that i’m on team 103 but i truly think that the pressure of who will be playing on enstien will be the decider in the finals

Have you ever met 1114’s drive team??? They are not going to crumble IMO, They have had pressure on them right from the beginning of the year, and they seem to get better, they have had the pressure of keeping there wins in GTR and Waterloo
They are not going to crack
1114 217 and 148 for the win!!
FEAR THE SIMCHICKENS!!!

I have not had the opportunity to meet team 1114’s drive team due to the fact i am not with my team in GA right now but i will take your word that they won’t crumble.
but playing a 2-3 match and thinking they could win is a bit crazy to me.
so the ‘SimChickens’ as you call them have to watch what they do now.

Great job predicting all four divisions! :ahh:
I’m sorry but i have to say this.
THERE WILL BE A 2 TIME CHAMPION BEFORE BEATTY GETS THEIR 5TH! Yes i have said it!
Not if Newton takes it all…
But I agree with you. I think this is the year.
