Error 1055 when installing LabView 2023 on a new PC

When I installed LabView for 2023 on a new laptop I get error 1055.
Specifically it happens when I try to create an Arcade Drive project.
I can make a new Dashboard project without error.
I have read other 1055 posts here but nothing seems to work. ANy help appreciated.

Problem found. It was caused by an obscure memory error.
