Error 7 When Running Simulator

Hello, I was coding a simulator from one of Jim Chastain’s videos, and I did everything I was supposed to. I went into Robot Main.vi and I ran the code from My Computer, and when I ran the code, it popped up with Error 7. The error code says:

Error 7 occurred at Read from Text File in Read Simulation Motor ID.vi->WPI_MotorControlOpen&ConfigurePWM.vi->WPI_MotorControlOpen Talon.vi->WPI_RobotDriveOpen2MotorWithTalon.vi->Begin.vi->Robot Main.vi

I hope somebody can please help me with this. I uninstalled and reinstalled LabVIEW from a zip file on my hard drive, but it still gives the error.

Are you using one of the two provided Simulations projects?
Those are the projects that have the simulation libraries.
Regular projects do not this year.

No. I have it on Arcade drive.

I will try to code the Learn LabVIEW: Mecanum Maze Simulation and Learn LabVIEW Ball Shooter Simulation. Thanks for replying so fast! :grinning:

Thanks so much! I opened up Robot Main.vi and the simulator opened! Now all I need to do is code the simulator.:grinning:
