On the submission and section of summaries where we briefly describe or list out what it says, can there be pictures added and hyperlinks added of videos in the submission ?
The summaries themselves have to be written in plain text, so pictures are out, but I’m not aware of any rule stating that hyperlinks are illegal. However, judges often print the submissions out to read them and make notes, so the odds that any hyperlinks you include would actually get opened are probably low.
Remember that you can always include video and photos in the Chairman’s Award Video - it just isn’t part of what is judged.
Judges may also look at your website, so you can also make sure your content is accessible from there.
