I haven’t done this in 2025 yet and somehow every time I do this I find some more little hidden gems I missed previously. All of these have more views than the ones I found last year, but these still are fairly low compared to others.

Woodie Flowers on the Future of Education:
Course 2.70 Intro to Design Competition 1981:
2.007 Robotics Competition 1997 Interview with Woodie Flowers:
Woodie Flowers (2009) Vanderbilt Lecture on 'Shifting Away from Training Towards Education: (I really like this video and it brings up a ton of great points that even all these years later we still seem to be missing)
He talks about that and another show (Discover the World of Science) he was on as a guest in the 2009 lecture. The ASF show also had a couple episodes focused on his MIT class and when they went to compete in Japan. Definitely a good watch
Discover the World of Science (hosted by Peter Graves) Episode 1 snippet about the MIT Class (thanks FRC subreddit):
Another! This is a great interview with very low overall views. I think this video really captures how easy he was to talk to. We also get to see how Woodie felt about the evolution of FIRST and Technology and it’s Societal Impact over his time involved with the league.
