Event Registration waitlist not updating

Hi Everyone! Mexican team Imperator 5587 here looking for some advice regarding event registration waitlist on the FIRST dashboard. We are already registered on a Week 1 event, and waitlisted in Two regionals on week 4 and 5.

So far, both waitlists (Arizona East and Orange County) haven’t changed and our team is worried given payment deadline is getting closer (Jan 24th).

Could someone provide guidance on how regional waitlists work? How do we know if we are gonna be able to register to those event? Or, should we start looking for other events with open capacity?

The best thing to do is try to reach the Program Delivery Partner (Regional Director) at each of those events and ask what your chances are in getting in off the waitlist.
