Are we missing something? We are jut using the 3D viewer. We do not see certain measurements in the build documentation and the 3D only isolates a part with no specific measurements.
Specifically, the fourth hole on the intake tongue does not show a distance like the other three. Also we cannot determine where to drill the hole for the bearing on the horizontal intake bar.

I recommend opening the CAD file in Inventor and opening the parts individually. To do this you can right click on the part number in the list to the left. Then select open. You can then use the measurement tool to determine the part dimensions.
Alternatively, you can look at the drawings that were created and shared by @yapple HERE.
