Our FTC team is having difficulty getting our Expansion Hub to stay green, it seems no matter what we do, we either get a solid blue light, or a blinking orange/amber light.
Could the strength of the battery be a reason we’re not achieving solid green?
A solid blue light does not indicate an issue per se. It means that everything on the robot controller Expansion Hub side is fine, but it’s waiting for communications with your Driver Station Robot Controller.
Blinking orange on the other hand does indicate an issue. It means that the voltage that is supplied to the hub is too low. I’ve never seen this happen on a robot connected to a battery, but it is expected behaviour when it only receives power through usb.
A full list of all LED codes can be found in the REV DUO documentation.

Thank you so much, I figured it was because of a low battery. We were able to locate a battery charger from another campus, and hopefully this will rectify the situation. Greatly appreciated.
