I called Experient but they apparently close early, and I’m going to lose my rooms unless I get this fixed, so if anyone knows the answer please chime in:
I’ve got some roomed we just booked in downtown Detroit.
I uploaded the list of people going.
I now need to assign everyone a room so he rooms aren’t released.
However, there appears to be no way to do this. You can assign a room when you add a new person individually, but apparently not after they’ve been registered as “Badge Only” (which is the only option when you initially upload a list - or at least it was for me).
Help?
I’m going to delete people and re-add them one by one, I guess!
Yeah, thats’ what I thought from last year, but when I go to manage the team members and click that it will only let me book a new room and not one of the two hotels we reserved at. It’s being strange.
Oh, it seems that it was filtering by a different hotel so none of my hotels were showing up. It’s a lovely experience. Might be making progress, now. Thanks for responding!
BSV, did you fix it? I’m looking at the same problem, and the hotels I have blocked do NOT have any rooms, and I can’t get them to show up. If you can tell me how you solved it, I’d appreciate it!
There are some options when you go to a person and hit “add room” for them that let you filter the rooms by hotel and day. Make sure there aren’t any hotels on that filter line. It’s non-obvious.
