Kind of off topic, who else thinks that naming the two fields Edison and Tesla would have made it so much better? 
AC current $@#$@#$@#$@#$@#es! I think that would have been a much more educational use for the two names, though Franklin is an interesting choice, he’s more of an inventor than a scientist…
