I got your Seattle list but I don’t think I got your list for today.
I just sent it. Something about going to a movie with parents last night kept me off the computer until a few minutes ago.
On checking the Waterford team list, there are only 13 teams signed up, with the vast majority being rookies/unknowns. I’m going to suggest putting that draft off for a couple of days to allow more teams to be on the list.
I’d reccomend pushing that draft to the last day before kickoff soo to give the event ample enough time to fill up.
Trying to hold a spot for the second Dallas if it shows up. We could also try a 3-draft day, or shuffle the schedule a bit to accommodate.
I think we may want to shuffle the schedule. Waterford and Niles should probably both be run as late as possible to let them fill.

I’m thinking that with Niles only having 20 teams and Waterford having 16, push Waterford back to the last possible day, and Niles the day before, to allow fill time. Changes are in italic.
Redrafts: If a number of people think that a redraft of a given event in necessary (WPI, Sacramento, and some others are being considered–see the waiver discussion), they’d have to be done on the 24th or the 26th, or have a 3-a-day, or push redrafting into Week 1 of build.
Michigan State Championship will happen right before competition Week 6 starts, and the Championship drafts will be the weekend before the Championship begins.
I’m fine with 3 a day or adding in either New Years eve or day.
I like doing one on the 24th, one on the 26th, and the rest on December 31st and January 1st. If you’re busy that gives you PLENTY of time to make lists.
I can run the redrafts as I have no classes (duh) and I’m one of the one’s pushing for them so it would be unfair of me to push work onto someone else. That being said I’m totally okay with either being told not to at all or having someone else draft them if for whatever reason they’d rather I not.
