Will you guys take xml files or do you want it in txt format… either is fine since I can just copy them out.

I am confused. For which events do we send our picklists to who?
File type: If we can read it, it’s good. I think Notepad can read .xml, so that should be OK.
Which list to who for which event: You send a given event’s list to whoever is running it. For example, Ed would get Granite State (unless someone else runs it), but for the next day, Ed could run one of two drafts, and I’d probably be on the other.
Best way to tell who’s running a draft: Whoever posts the random list (day of) is the one running that draft, unless something happens.
If you are going to be out for multiple days or weeks you can send your lists to the four of us, just be sure we understand it is more than one event.
Is there still the option of live drafting your teams?
I guess I’m a bit confused as to how this system is working. I would like to be involved, but I’ll also understand if I’m too late to the party.

Can someone post who’s running each draft? No idea who to send the lists to.

I’m still here, things are much much busier than usual. This may be a half hearted attempt this year.
A. Is there a schedule of drafts anywhere?
B. Who do I send my lists to?
Who’s running which draft:
Assume that Ed is running one draft per day. Up until 12/17, I’ll probably be the other draft runner; after then, it’ll be Kevin or Alex or maybe myself, depending on day.
Short answer: Assume Ed is doing one per day; the second one will be as above. Exactly which draft is pot luck; hedge your bets by sending both lists to both runners for that day or by waiting for someone to post the random list, then sending to that person.

I will not be running the Greater Kansas City draft on December 1st. My team has a meeting that night.
I won’t be able to run it either–I’ll be in a meeting at start time.
As of right now I’m available that night and can run that draft.

Looks like the awards do not change for this year. Co-op bonus might go back to win(2)-loss(-2)-tie(1), but that decision will have to wait until after kick-off.

I am still looking forward to a good season. I am a bit busy this time of year with being both FTC and FLL Mentor, but I will find time for FF.
