Small complaint, I’ve noticed that the same people end up at the top and the same people are coming up at the bottom of the draft. Are you sure it’s randomizing correctly?
Another thing I noticed:
Not all the teams for each regional are included in the team pool each time. Are some of the teams purposefully left out? If so, why is that?
I agree, I had the first draft position three times in a row (Hatboro-Horsham District Tier 2, Granite State, and Smoky Mountains)
Do you use the randomizer for which teams are included in the pool as well, or just for the draft orders (as per the other question above)?

Hallry: When I run a draft, I use the program I’ve mentioned before. It randomizes everything. I did have one issue; I now know what that is, and I already have my fallback plan in place.

The rule of the draft is draft whoever you want. If that’s your own team because it’s your own team, that’s your choice. Of course, that’s assuming that nobody ahead of you in the draft order wants them.
For some weird reason, I have yet to be able to draft 330 except at IRI and Championships…And once it was the randomizer!
I’ve drafted my own teams at least once every season.
2826 is a great pick, and would have been stealthy until you guys got all popular this year
