You can do it however you want to. I happen to have a waiver claim or 3 in by PM right now.
For reference, C is for the case where you have a claim in on a team and another team comes in. C will determine which claim gets handled first, so choose wisely.

I suggest that remaining league members go check out what new teams have signed up (alot of rookie) to see if you want to add them to your alliance.
Technically they are not up for waiver until they have been announced here or in all the tiers for the events.
I’ll go through tomorrow and get the list of new teams in each event.
