Draft start time: 12/15, 2000 EST. (8 PM EST for anybody who can’t read a 24-hour clock.)
This draft is… well, it’s optional. But, everybody has a chance to pick up a team.

Please, OPT IN (post below, send a list, first in line posts a claim) before the posted start time if you plan to play. Posted times are assuming everybody opts in, and will be confirmed as opt-ins arrive.
If you “Pass”, your turn will be skipped until everybody’s done, then you’ll have another chance.
Teams in the pool AND teams that are dropped during this draft are fair game.
Valid claim: Team you’re adding, event and tier, team you’re dropping (if they’re MIA mark them!)
If you know of a team that should be on the list and isn’t, I need to know by the posted start time–otherwise, they wait until right before Kickoff. (Justin, Brennan, I know you’re watching for these teams…)
No slot trades in this draft.
And one more thing: Once you make a claim, you’ll be at the bottom of the list with a new draft time. Pay attention as the times get shorter as people drop out.

TGA is making the optional decision as presented by the Commissioner in the opening post of the 2019 Pre-Season Waiver #1 thread of creating a post on said thread to clearly demonstrate that they will be participating in the waiver draft of newly registered teams after the specific draft dates.
