Rules:

  1. Trades through me. Both parties must send me a forum PM stating which teams each of them are trading.
  2. No tradebacks; the team must be traded through a 3rd person before trading back to the original team.
  3. Trading done by March 7th @ 11:59PM
  4. Must PM me a contact method other than email or Chief Delphi (Google Talk, AIM, MSN, Yahoo, or ICQ)
  5. 15 People, 3 Teams each, 6 teams left over
  6. If the team leaves the regional prior to their final match, you will be randomly assigned a replacement team from the pool of 6 remaining teams.

    • I swapped around 4 teams in the last two rounds because I didn’t feel it fair that 2 would get the bottom of the second half three rounds running, and 2 would get in the top of the first half three rounds running
