I had a question about our practice field. We are looking to paint the rockets and cargo ships. We are curious what the actual field “finish” is? I seem to remember previous structures like the castle in stronghold being a flat skin over the polycarbonate. We are curious if the fields are painted over polycarbonate or painted underneath…a mat finish versus a glossy finish. Any advice?
Somebody did ask on Q&A a while back. Screened onto the back of the polycarb, Patone white [color code I don’t recall].
We just roller-painted the right color onto our practice rocket… ALL OVER.
The screen print is applied to the reverse side of the rocket in color Pantone 649C, a light blue tinted grey.
