For testing purposes this season, talk to local teams and see who has a field set up. (And given your location, that would also include the folks over in Ventura.)
For future use, contact the Regional Director before your local regional and ask if you can take the field carpet after the event (bring your own transport).

How much carpet do y’all need?
We need around half a field.Thanks so much.
We (team 5438) also need field carpet, and we’re trying to find the best, yet cheapest suppliers. Any companies or ideas? There are really no local teams that have a field that we could use to us, unfortunately.
Moving conversation to DMS.
The carpet is basically a spec grade commercial broadloom level loop carpet. Philadelphia commercial is a line of Shaw carpet. I would ask local carpet supplier what they have that is a close match. If cost is an issue, they might have a remnant of something acceptable.
