I think I have found a mistake on page 141. The Rocket Cargo’s center is 27.50, 55.50, and 83.50 as stated on page 138. But on 141, it is 27.40 and 55.40?
P.S. this is my first time interpreting the drawing, please correct me.
One page is dimensioned from the bottom of the base plate, the other from the top of the baseplate.

Page 141 is giving the dimensions of the polycarb face of the rocket.
Page 138 is showing how far from the carpet things are on the field, once placed on top of the base plate.
