I downloaded the FRC game field drawings, and it wont let me in without a password. Does anyone have this password?

You should be able to download the unencrypted versions now(?).

There were some issues with the zip files in the blog post thread:

The reason for this is that Windows’ built-in ZIP support only supports an older form of encryption known as “ZipCrypto”. That is “old and broken” as encryption goes. That is, there are known weaknesses and attacks that can break it. The ZIP format supports modern forms of encryption including AES256, but you must use a more capable tool to decrypt. 7-Zip (and others) fall into this category. So, what you’re seeing is that FIRST is using the stronger encryption to protect the game release.
