My friend and I are coming to Detroit to experience worlds and learn more for our team. We were wondering even though we’re coming as spectators if FIRST lets you help with field set-up on Wednesday the 24th?
They might but I would think that field set up is Tuesday and then they would be doing calibrations and such on Wednesday day. Other than that you can probably show up and talk to them and if you are nice most FTAs/Voluenteer groups would love the help
Fields are set up by Wednesday.
You can always go to the volunteer check in and ask if they need help with anything, they’ll know if a field needs something specific, or if another part of the event needs help.
