I was wondering if someone could help me out here:
On our team account on the First website we have a balance of 300$ (without knowing exactly where they came from).
We are already registered for an event for next season.
I was wondering in what ways can this money be spent ? Can we convert it into voucher for partner vendors ?

The $300 was a result of the FIRST Choice Voucher FIRST issued following the 2024 season.

You can find out what entities have deposited into your FIRST account by clicking on Finance Options, View Payment History, and then Who to Thank
In this case, I agree that these $300 are almost certainly the funding mentioned in the blog post above.
You can request a regrant of any excess unrestricted grant funds by clicking on Finance Options, Request Regrant, and then following the steps afterwards. Note that you must have a W-9 on file with FIRST in order to regrant this money.
