As a follow up to the Championship, *FIRST *will be featured on NPR’s Science Friday program today.

Talk of the Nation: Science Friday® is a science talk show that can be heard each Friday afternoon, 2-4 PM on selected NPR stations. Science Friday® is hosted by veteran NPR science correspondent Ira Flatow.

Today’s program features a live interview with Dean Kamen as well as an interview with a winning alliance team member from Team 217, The ThunderChickens.

The *FIRST *segment of the program is scheduled to begin today at 3:30 PM on most NPR stations.

Local. However, some stations do not follow the typical schedule, so

Is there a recording of the show?

They podcast Science Friday. I am not sure when they usually post the audio but it seems to me that it is around 6pm eastern time, give or take. It is at npr.org. I think they also store podcasts at the iTunes store for Talk of the Nation.
