**FIRST EMAIL**/Senior Mentor Teleconference Call December 11th - Scholarship Prog.

Greetings Teams:

The *FIRST *Senior Mentors are pleased to announce they will be hosting an important Teleconference call for FRC and FTC Team mentors and coaches this coming **Thursday, December 11, 2008 at 7 pm EST. **

This call features the FIRST Scholarship Program and will include an update of 2008/2009 scholarship opportunities, the state of FRC and FTC scholarship providers and opportunities, suggestions, and useful resources for creating student awareness and focus toward processing applications in advance of the new robotics season.

This call will be presented by Nancy Rosenberg, FIRST Scholarship Coordinator and is hosted by *FIRST *Senior Mentors Kathie Kentfield (Connecticut) and Jessica Jankowitsch W. Pennsylvania).

All FRC and FTC Team mentors and coaches are welcome. In addition, please send an invite to members of your school’s guidance department to join us on this call. The call-in number is 1-800-503-2899. The Access number is 6663906.

We will have 150 lines available, so lines are on a “first come, first served” basis. We suggest calling in approximately 5 minutes before the teleconference is scheduled start.
