This is awesome, and much deserved recognition for Mike.
I got the chance to work with some of the students on team 47 this year at the Michigan rookie event. Their respect and adoration for Mr. Martus is unequaled. They go to school in a tough environment, and Mike Martus is their oasis of security, hope, and inspiration.
Congratulations, Mike. What you have done so well, for so long, serves as an inspiration to all of us. I can’t think of anyone better to win this award.
So glad to hear! This one was hard, I had to split all of my votes between you and my old HS teacher!!! Glad to hear you’re getting recognition for all of the hard work you’ve done.
