Firstbase at Autodesk

I have been trying to get into FIRSTBASE for a week. I have logged on as the team’s main contact and I get a screen that states “Your account has not been activated”. When I ask to have the activation email resent it never shows up. I have also tried logging on as another user. After having to reset the password and logging on I get a blank page. I can not find any means to contact Autodesk about these issues. Everything I try just takes me back to the signup page. Has anyone else run into these issues and how did you resolve them. Any contact info for Autodesk would be helpful. Thanks

I haven’t seen much evidence of success on the Autodesk site yet. Personally have been trying to create a team space to enable our team to start downloading software . . . and failing.

Sent an e-mail to support today by selecting “support center” from the “discuss” menu item. From there select “send a request” which is on the far right of the screen.

yes there is some problems. on the Autodesk page there is an email contact to file a report [email protected]

I filed a report on the same problem but no answer yet…
