FirstChoice, what did you get?

We made out pretty well:

2 Talons
2 Victors
2 Parker Fitting Kits
1 Pneumatic Solenoid
1 Devastator Keyboard and Mouse
1 RS775 motor
1 Roll teflon tape

The Goats are pretty happy?

What did you get?

316 got:
1 - PDP
2 - 775pros
1 - PCM
4 - Plastic air tanks
1 - VRM
1 - Network switch
1 - CAT5 cable
1 - Devastator keyboard and mouse
1 - USB to ethernet dongle
and the thing we wanted most, 1 - 3/8" shaft collar

We got pretty much everything we cared about

NavX
Two multimeters
Four air tanks
Two network switches
Two radio connectors
A bunch of pneumatic stuff
and
A Pink Power Pole

1293 got:

NavX
2x 775pro
2x Victor SP
2x Radio power connector
2x 9015 motor
Snow Blower Motor
Small fan 5-pack
2x large fan
2x PG71

Probably should’ve stopped to re-analyze the PG71 at the bottom of our list after the big AndyMark product drop of last week (cough), but oh well. What we got suits our needs pretty well, and it’s low on crap. (When you’ve been a FIRST team for 15 years, you have enough crap as it is!)

-Pneumatic Solenoid Kit (x2)
-PDP
-AMT103 Encoder kit (x2)
-PCM
-Pressure Relief Valve
-Pressure Regulator
-Pneumatic Pressure Switch

Ended up totaling about $600 worth of stuff we plan on using on our 2018 robot, so I would say we did well.

(2) Xbox 360 Wired Controller
(1) PDP
(1) VRM
(1) Devastator II: Mouse+Keyboard
(2) Pneumatic Solenoid Kit
(4) Air Tank
(1) Robot Signal Light

Pretty good haul. Got most of what we wanted.

We managed to avoid getting half of a shaft coupler this year so that was good.

2 Talon SRX
1 PDP
1 VRM
1 Parker Fitting Kit

Expensive stuff we wanted, so I’ll take it.

Too bad you couldn’t get the missing half this year.

Missed out on the NavX (no surprise)
PDP
(2) Victor SPs
Crimping tool

(1) PCM
(1) VRM
(2) Solenoid Kits
(1) Relief Valve
(1) Fitting Kit
(2) RS775 motors
(1) Pressure Gauge
(1) Pressure Regulator
(1) Radio power connector
(1) HD3000 Camera
(2) Snow Blower Motors
(2) Motor & Harness
(1) 9015 motor
(1) sleeve of bearings 47mm

It definitely filled in some of our holes for this season. Not bad for almost forgetting and filling in the priority list on Monday morning. I’d only have changed one or two things on my priority list in retrospect.

Since this is our first year in FRC, I wasn’t exactly sure what to add to my list. But here is what we got.

(1)NavX
(2)Encoder Kit
(2)Talon
(2)PG71 Motor
(2)Motor and Harness
(4)Ribbon Cable Socket Kit
(1)Green Ring Light
(1)Iron on FIRST Logo

We got
2 Pneumatic Solenoid
2 Encoder Kit
2 Cable Assembly
1 USB A Male to B Male, 2m
1 PDP
1 VRM
1 Network switch
1 LifeCam
1 Devastator Keyboard & Mouse Set

We missed out on the
NavX
PCM
Bumper Cover
Brushless Motor

We got:
2) PDP
3) Talon SRX x2
4)Solenoid kit x1
5)VRM

We didn’t get our first choice (sorry) of NavX but got all our next choices so we’re happy.

7 of the top 8 on our priority list! (yes, NavX was #1)

  • 2 Talon SRX
  • 1 Pneumatic Control Module
  • 2 Green Ring Light
  • 1 Brushless Motor, Controller and Wire Harness
  • 1 Microsoft Lifecam HD3000 Camera
  • 1 Pressure Regulator & Regulator Mounting Kit
  • 2 Pneumatic Pressure Switch

Edit: For future reference, only nine items “sold out” at this point:

  • Gyros (NavX and Gyro/Acc Sensor board)
  • Motor Controllers (Victor SP and Talon SRX)
  • Bumper stuff (pool noodles and cloth)
  • encoder cables for AMT-103 (1’ and 6’)
  • wired xbox controller

I’m more than a little embarrassed to ask, but how do I find out what we got?

The email address associated with your FIRST Choice account should have received an email.

We got the 3M thermal sheet out of curiosity. Just wait, you’ll ALL regret it…

Ayy you could wrap your drivetrain 775s in that stuff.

If you have the team FIRST Choice login then you can also use:

where *team *is replaced by your 4 digit team number, e.g., 0358.

team 6619, GravitechX got:

2 talon srx’s
2 victor sp’s
and a PDP

pretty good haul, glad we figured out the system for our second year!

Missed out on NavX as number one pick :frowning:
We really wanted to upgrade from the finicky NavX micro we got this way last year.

2x Double Solenoid (much needed)
2x Victor SP
2x Encoder kits (high hopes for these, thanks for the recommendation)
2x RS775
1x Bumper Cover
Filled the rest out with some pneumatic and electrical components, missed the cylinders we wanted though.

And of course, a single sheet of the powerful and mysterious:
3M Thermally Conductive Acrylic
