I don’t know how public they intend for it to be, but if you go to the volunteer description page for Scorekeeper, at the bottom is a link to the “Scorekeeper Training” folder, and in there is the installer for FMS Offseason.

Unless I missed it, the latest version at the link on that site is 2022.
