By my count, the number of fouls has been cut almost in half - mostly by getting rid of all those technical fouls.
Yellow card violations are about the same, reds maybe up a couple. It’s a little hard to tell exactly, since some rules are conditional (e.g. “if tactical”, “if repeated” or “if egregious”).
