If a robot’s frame was built to be 28" x 36" and bumpers where attached to the frame. At the start of a game would a arm that reaches past the frame Perimeter but could still fit in a 28" x 38" box be legal?
Re-read <R14>. The arm would not be legal.
I’d also caution against building right up to the box limits. All it takes is one bolt head and you’re looking for the grinder…
