Be sure to check the following from G15, especially the “hanging” or “grasping.”

But if i like insert a small arm or something inside one of the holes without damaging it . Or even touching it just to control the ball inside

A small entrance should be OK if you’re intentionally placing a game piece. Please check the manual however to confirm this.
