Great robot, seems to be one of the most robust flip down hoods this season! I was looking at the variable hood you have and the large curved rack. Would you mind sharing how you all were able to generate this gear profile? I’ve been working on redesigning my team’s shooter for our second district to feature a variable hood and all the gear generators I’ve come across top out at 200 teeth. Would be much appreciated. Good luck this season!

This is the profile generator we used for that. If you’d like any more info let me know! It’s worth noting that we’re not actually using that to drive the hood currently. We’re using pneumatics, but we wanted to cut the profile into our design so we had the option to switch later in the season
