Are they also used to provide spin for the note?
Yes! They’re slightly smaller diameter than the other wheels and the speeds run slightly differently.

can you tell me the purpose of the honeycomb pattern plate that sits above your electronics? im just really interested
It’s a double sided belly pan mounted on top of the 2x1 frame. Main items are mounted upside down facing the ground like the PDB, Rio, etc. Items facing upward are like the network switch and CANivore.
Helps with maintenance and overall space allowed for electronics.
