Did someone say: “Prototypes?”
As you might have guessed, our Notes finally arrived! Therefore, we were able to test all of our prototypes. Luckily we had some spare time on our hands to design, prepare and write the code for it all while our Notes were traveling to The Netherlands.
Ground Intake
This ground intake uses a multiple roller setup to change the direction of the note within the robot.
Kitbot shooter
We tested the shooter of our SDS swerve kitbot on the Speaker.
Drainpipe (AMP scorer)
This AMP scorer design called “Drainpipe” redirects the Notes 180 degrees to shoot them into the AMP.
A LITTLE TEASER
For tomorrow; we’ll be sharing our analysis on the 100% and 70% concepts. We’ve made different scoring-archetypes to achieve the 70% in different ways of scoring.
We decided what our scoring archetype is going to be, which determines our must-skills list for the first iteration of our robot.
So stay tuned because tomorrow is going to be a good day for all the data nerds out there!
