FRC 4645 Code Release

Hello all!

I am publishing 4645’s pre-season swerve development code. There are some commands that I developed that I thought would be useful, as well as some basic vision code. Be wary though, as everything within the “traction-control-dev” branch has not been tested on our swerve bot. Everything on main has however.
Any questions or concerns are fully welcome.
