Looking forward to a great 2024 season, the team has been very busy working on high-level structure changes as well as a ton of off-season projects and training. We’ll have some posts up shortly from a lot of our subteams on what they’ve been working on. Jkjk, I’llLimelight, an integrated vision coprocessor make a note to share my thoughts on this more in-depth as we progress into the season. The list is likely endless, the 1678 program is incredible and I’m very excited to bring my lessons learned back to 6328. Nothing but endless admiration for Mike and the rest of the 1678 crew!
Completely serious, retaining top talent has become increasingly difficult with salaries rising to brace for the presumed cap raise after the TV deal. We will be working with our PR team to put out a similar statement to Dave’s from earlier this year.
