Hello FLL Coaches in Indiana,
We are excited to invite your FLL Challenge teams to our upcoming FLL Scrimmage Competition for Submerged, where teams can engage in a variety of activities designed to enhance their skills and showcase their hard work.
Scrimmage Day Details:
- Date: October 26th
- Time: 9:30 AM- 4:30 PM (a schedule is attached with specific timings)
- Location: Creekside Middle School, 3525 W 126th St, Carmel, IN
The event will feature:
- Robot Matches: Test your robot design on the Submerged game field by participating in a mock competition. Each team will compete in 3 matches allowing members to experience the thrill of competition in a more relaxed setting.
- Innovation Project Judging: Present your project to mock judges and receive valuable feedback and insights to improve your solution! We will use authentic qualifying rubrics to help teams and coaches fine tune their presentations!
- Meet-and-Greet with Professional Experts: Professional experts, such as marine biologists, engineers and chemists, will be available to meet with teams and give feedback on their innovation projects.
- Coaches Q&A: An open forum for coaches to share strategies and ask questions. The FIRST Indiana state-wide Judge Advisor and veteran FLL Coaches will be present to answer questions.
- FRC Demos: We will be holding demonstrations of our 2024 Robot Remix and have a booth for students to learn more about FRC and FIRST!
Concessions will be available throughout the day, and a pizza pre-order form will be sent out once registration closes. This is a fantastic opportunity for your team to gain experience, learn from others, and have some fun!
