I would love to answer your survey, but could you please quantify the question about how efficient the battery charging system is?
On a side note, what do you want this data for and will you be sharing any of it?
This smells of a product survey because someone thinks they have a brilliant idea of building a better charger or something similar…

By “How many battery chargers does your team own?” do you mean the number of units or the number of batteries which can be simultaneously charged?
Edit: We have two three-bank chargers, plus a one-bank charger that we only use for charging the batteries in our trailer and golf cart/air cannon.
If I were you I would also ask for what methods or systems teams have in place for dealing with used batteries, charging batteries, new batteries. What their charging and battery “cart” looks like. How they decide which battery gets used in which match, how they decide which one doesn’t get used, how often they get a completely new set of batteries, etc etc.
A team with a bad system in place or with old batteries or without a proper/easy way of storing, transporting, and identifying the batteries may claim that it’s super frustrating to deal with batteries at competitions etc, where as a team with a good system in place may claim its super easy and efficient. Without knowing that background info, I don’t think the results from this survey are going to be beneficial or well represented.
If this is true, feel free to be more open about your intentions. I doubt that anyone would be hostile towards such an idea. Knowing your intent, people would be able to give you better quality responses that are more useful to you.
