The pits in Detroit are already full of robots and by this time tomorrow they’ll be filled with people, too. Houston was so much fun, we can’t wait to do it again here!

Robot Bag Checks
In what is sure to be the least surprising announcement in FIRST Robotics Competition history, Inspectors will not be checking robot bags and lock-up forms for teams attending FIRST Championship Detroit. As soon as you get to your pit, you can unbag your robot, start working in any way you need to, and start the inspection process, without needing approval from anyone.
