Payment Due Date

If you have already signed up for an additional Regional or District event (or two!), this is a reminder that payment for those events is due Thursday, January 24. If you have not yet signed up for an additional Regional or District event, but plan to do so, our friendly folks in Finance will work with you in getting in your payment at an appropriate time.

Digital Animation Award Deadline

Another reminder. If you are submitting for the Digital Animation Award sponsored by Automation Direct, the deadline for submission is 11:59 PM Eastern Time on Thursday, January 24. You can find all the details here.

We’re looking forward to having some fun on the twitch stream this Saturday and giving a peak under the hood into what life as a NUTRON is like!

So, we opened up a spot at the San Diego regional - our team just couldn’t swing the travel cost, despite having snagged one of those coveted spots in the first round - so our loss is someone’s gain.

Maybe next year… though the calculus will be so different then, with the lost time from dismantling and shipping the robot coming when everyone else is ‘on the clock’ with their bot. But who knows? Maybe we’ll go anyway!
