FRC Characterization Tool not moving the robot

Hi Everyone,

Has anyone been having any difficulties with the new characterization tool?
I am trying to characterize our robots drivetrain properly for use with autonomous.

Our Drivetrain is pretty standard, 4 falcon 500s. A Master-slave setup on each side. I gave the tool the team number of my robot, the can IDs of the two masters motors. I had to continuously restart the robot following the tutorial until I finally got the ‘nt connected’ green text.

Then when trying to run one of the 4 tests, the robot would not move.

Does anyone have any similar experiences with this? I just need to measure for the autonomous usage with the trajectory library stuff. The tool is relatively simple to use, so its difficult to see what I could be doing wrong.

Update:

So I am seeing this output on the robot, which probably explains my error connecting the logger:

error while loading shared libraries: libFRC_NetworkCommunication.so.22: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Looks like updating firmware of the rio solved my issue
