Hello everyone,
I was wondering if there was some sort of Crash Course for FRC, similar to GMZero for FTC. I am currently on an experienced Vex team, but wishing to start up an FRC team in 2025. I want to be well versed and prepped before starting the team and I was wondering where I could go to learn things like ensuring good build quality, common mechanisms, intakes and other things.

When I was first starting out I watched some youtube videos of other teams and one of the best sources for ideas during kick-off is Ri3D (Robot in 3 Days). You could also watch some of the workshops teams do such as 971 and 1678 to learn.
