FRC Driver Station doesn't show shuffleboard?

Have been having this issue for a while now, but couldn’t really find an answer online that fixed it.
Every time I open the Driver Station, Shuffleboard used to pop up. I don’t remember exactly when it stopped showing up or what I did for it to disappear. Prior to updating to 2019, nothing would show up.

But now when I installed the FRC Update Suite for 2019 it shows this error.

Has anyone had this issue?

I assume you’re talking about the first solution with opening the desktop icons. Where are those located? I tried going to location it told me on the pop up (in the first picture) and I couldn’t find it. Thanks in advance.
