FRC Gazebo Installation Will Not Work

When I try to install the Gazebo package from wget -O frcsim-installer.sh first.wpi.edu/FRC/roborio/release/frcsim-installer.sh && chmod a+x frcsim-installer.sh && ./frcsim-installer.sh INSTALL (https://wpilib.screenstepslive.com/s/4485/m/23353/l/478421-installing-frcsim-with-a-script-ubuntu). When I perform this command, I get the “INSTALLATION UNSUCESSFUL” error.

When I try to use the manual installation method, I get errors from the first step (Install OpenJDK from ADT).

Has anyone got this error? What did you do to solve it?

I am running Ubuntu 14.04…

OMG I HAVE THE SAME ERROR. MY TEAM NEEDS THE FRCSIM REALLY BAD

It would help if you posted more info on what error you get when installing manually.

One of the errors: cannot move ‘eclipse’ to ‘/opt/eclipse’

(When I try to do to **wget -O eclipse.tar.gz
http://eclipse.mirror.rafal.ca/technology/epp/downloads/release/mars/1/eclipse-cpp-mars-1-linux-gtk-x86_64.tar.gz **)

Hello! FRCSim maintiner here. Can you put the entire output from running the command?
You can re run the install command and add

> output.txt

to send all the info to a file if that’s easier.

The same goes for manual install, what is the exact output of the command that fails?

Why does this happen? I’ve been trying to do this for 3 days and I still get this:

me too omg

Well it says you can’t access the internet. You need internet to install frcsim.
Are you sure you have internet (does your wifi require a login?)?
