Yes. According to the kickoff page on FIRST, the kickoff runs from 1000-1200 EST. (that’s 1500-1700Z).
We’re planning the same, and inviting other local teams to join us, though we’re sending a mentor to the Stennis kickoff (only 2 zip codes and one state line away!) to get our KoP.
Usually, the actual animation video and stuff is at the end of the two hour window. I would recommend you watch the entire thing though, it usually has some interesting news and advice and stuff.
I believe it has always been listed as 10:00 to 12:00. Remember, there are some speeches before the actual game animation, then the game animation itself, and then the field tour videos, which then repeat.
