We are not getting a voltage our at the RSL port on the NI roboRIO 2.0. This is a brand new device. What could be the problem? We have tried connecting our RSL to our old NI roboRIO, and it works. We get nothig when we connected to the 2.0. Everything else connected to the 2.0 (so far) works.
Please advise.
I am not sure if this is an issue, but could you be plugging it in backwards? The port is the same.
Is the RSL LED on the RoboRIO lighting up? What color is the power LED?

We are connecting the NI roboRIO 2.0 to our 2020 robot, where we know everything functioned properly. Still no RSL light and no RSL led on the 2.0.
Did you reflash the firmware and upload code to it?
In the DS, does it show any errors?
We just had something similar happen. Make sure you have an SD card installed into the RoboRio 2.0 so that it can boot up. Without this it would not work.
