What. A. Ride.
Just like Aerial Assist saved the best matches for last, GameSense is stepping it up to close out the season. Our season recap episode airs this Friday (5/2) at 8pm ET/5pm PT and features a full hour and a half of awesome guests and discussion.
We’ll kick things off with the Director of FRC himself, Mr. Frank Merrick, who is joining us for a discussion of the high and lows of Aerial Assist, how we felt the changes this season went and some of the new things we should expect to see in 2015 and beyond.
For the second half of the show, EJ Sabathia, mentor extraordinaire from the 2014 World Champion Cheesy Poofs will give his input on the strategy aspects of Aerial Assist, some of the late innovations we saw at Champs and on Einstein.
Of course, don’t forget to send in your questions for the Q&A portion!
Our final live episode of the 2014 season promises to be packed from start to finish with insights and the reveal of the EWCP Fantasy Draft winners, so don’t miss it! (But if you do, you can always watch it later on YouTube)
I know you have put a lot of focus on keeping the show around an hour (which is appreciated for most episodes), but I know I would be perfectly ok with a longer show (especially Frank’s portion).
OK, time to cancel all my other plans for Friday evening. Absolutely awesome - as “I am in awe of your ability to line up guests - especially THOSE two - for the show”.
I’ve been watching these after the fact for the most part, but I’ll have to catch this one live.
On a broader scale, GameSense has been a fantastic show with great guests and good organization all season long. Thank you to everyone involved for making such a great program and adding to the growing “off the field” FIRST community. I hope the show continues until the Water Game apocalypse.
