Wow, that is HUGE.

teams, if you don’t know what this is and don’t immediately see how huge it is, post here and I’ll explain.

We use similar software at work for Virtual Classroom training, combining the benefits of eLearning with those of traditional instructor-led training. Plus, it makes for some highly interactive meetings, for design, brainstorming, etc.

I can see this as a way to mentor another team from anywhere there’s Internet. Stuff like this is not inexpensive in the real world, so we should take advantage of this.

I love to see companies give to teams. I will also throw out there that PTC not just gives away pro-e CAD software but a free windchill environment which is their collaboration software. It allows for many of the same features as the above software and it seems to stay year to year. Since PTC has made FIRST their main outreach program I know this service will be available from year to year.
