As head scout on team 5114 my team decided to try a new way of scouting this year that entails the scouts using a bubble sheet and a system called Illuminate to input the scouting responses. This worked wonders for us, and now we are looking for a way to share this process / my excel sheet that does all of the calculations with other teams. Are there any other teams that use a scan tron like software that is free to use online?
Part of the reason that our system was so efficient was that we were able to scan the data with just a document camera and process the data fairly quickly.
